Nothing is printed until you approve your artwork. If it doesn't look like your pet, we'll revise it at no cost. If your canvas arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll reprint it free.
Questions, answered
How do I send my pet's photo?
Upload it on the product page before you add to cart. Clear, well-lit photos where your pet's face is easy to see work best. No photo handy? Order now and reply to your confirmation email with it within 24 hours.
How long does it take?
Your proof arrives within 1–2 business days of your order. Once approved, your canvas is printed in 2–3 business days and ships free with tracking, usually arriving in 3–7 business days.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 8 with your photo for U.S. delivery before December 25. Dates are estimates during the peak holiday season.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes. Choose 2 Pets or 3 Pets when you order and send a photo of each. We'll bring them together in one portrait.
Can I return it?
Because every portrait is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. That's why you approve the artwork first, with free revisions. If your canvas arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll reprint it free.
