30-Day Returns
We want you to love your order. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Please include proof of purchase (your order number).
- Gift cards and items marked final sale are not returnable.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@zentechessentials.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as our products ship from several warehouses.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Holiday returns
Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31.
