Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
- United States: most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of shipping.
- Canada: most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of shipping.
Our products ship from warehouses in the United States, so items in a multi-item order may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Duties and taxes for Canadian orders
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes (GST/HST) and brokerage fees, which are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
Holiday delivery
For delivery before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 10 for U.S. addresses and December 3 for Canadian addresses. These dates are estimates and are not guaranteed during peak carrier periods.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you haven't received it, email hello@zentechessentials.com and we'll make it right.
